I had an outstanding experience with Terry Labonte Collision Center. Rachel and Matthew were truly top notch—honestly crème de la crème when it comes to customer service and professionalism. I’ll be upfront: I’m extremely particular about my car. Probably more than most people you’ll ever meet. I ask a lot of questions, I pay attention to every detail, and I don’t let things slide easily—especially when it comes to something as important as my vehicle. Through all of that, Rachel and Matthew never wavered. They stayed patient, professional, and completely committed to helping me every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled right, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers—not just the job. That kind of consistency and effort is rare. If you have a Tesla or need collision repair, I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation. These are real people who will work with you. Don’t come in with an attitude—just talk to them like normal people, and they’ll take care of you the same way.

I had an outstanding experience with Terry Labonte Chevrolet in Greensboro. After getting hit in the snow, the entire driver’s side of my car was damaged — door completely messed up and the window ruined. It was stressful, especially because I didn’t have a rental car. What really impressed me was how quickly they moved. They had my car repaired and ready in just three days. That turnaround alone meant everything to me. The customer service was top tier. The manager personally walked me out to my car and showed me all the work that had been done. Everything looked flawless — you’d never know it had been hit. They were professional, transparent, and made the whole process easy. They also handle window replacements (which a lot of people forget body shops can do), and they’re often more affordable than standalone window shops. That was a huge bonus. If you need body work or window work done, I highly recommend Terry Labonte Chevrolet. Fast, honest, and quality work.

I could have rated this experience zero stars if that were possible. My decorative chain in the center mirror was stolen, and the trunk insulators were merely placed inside the trunk without being installed. I had to keep my trunk open and close it using the Tesla app. The car was returned to me in an extremely dirty condition—like a dustbin. When I raised these concerns, I was told they weren’t responsible and that they couldn’t provide a detailing service. I never asked for a detailing; I just expected my car to be returned in the same clean condition I gave it in, especially since I have a dust allergy and always maintain my car meticulously. To make matters worse, after washing the car myself at home, I noticed scratches that were clearly caused during their handling. This has been the worst experience I’ve had, and I’m extremely disappointed and upset.
